Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It is said that “Human Rights start with Breakfast”. Breakfast should be healthy and quick to make. It should give the energy required to carry on to the next meal of the day. And since morning hours are busy, except for weekends, it is important that the breakfast recipes are not too much time taking. Here is a collection of Indian Breakfast Recipes which are popularly made in most of the Indian households across the country.
Indian Breakfast Recipes can be categorized state wise as the food changes according to the place, for instance, Gujarati Breakfast recipes are very healthy breakfast recipes with a mix of flavors. Likewise, the breakfast changes when we go to the South or West and so on. Breakfast recipes from the South Indian cuisine are very popular be it idli, dosa, coconut chutney. Also, there are recipes which are super healthy, tasty, quick to make yet quite under-rated such as dibba roti. Likewise, a staple breakfast in lots of households in North India, especially in Punjab, particularly at my place is paratha 🙂 and therefore we have lots of paratha recipes put together here. Poori is also a common preparation for breakfast. There are a number of ways to serve poori. These can be served with dry sabzi such as jeera aloo or a tangy cum sweet pickle instant aam chunda.
Well, recently we have added a collection of chai recipes which has few simple ways to flavor your regular chai. Afterall chai is an indispensable part of an Indian Breakfast. You can check it here.
