Malai ladoo is a mildly sweet Indian sweet that is very soft and “melts in the mouth” with the hints of kewra and cardamom. It is made up of cottage cheese (paneer) and condensed milk and is very quick and easy to make. It is ready in no time without any efforts at all. This year I made these for Ganesh Chaturthi and they were loved by my Gannu.
It calls for cottage cheese and condensed milk. For the flavoring, I have used kewra water and cardamom. I always use homemade paneer and condensed milk for this recipe. With few ingredients and very little time, a scrumptious dessert comes into being.
