Farali Tandoori Aloo recipe is a
Recipe using potatoes – I have used boiled baby potatoes. If you don’t have baby potatoes you may use the regular ones. Just cut them into halves or quarters.
Other ingredients – Hung curd and spices which can be consumed during fasts… these are the remaining ingredients used.

1. In a bowl add 1 cup hung curd, 2 tbsp farali green chutney, 1/2 red chilli powder and rock salt according to taste.
2. Add boiled and poked potatoes and mix well.
3. Cover it with lid and rest for 2 hours.
4. Sprinkle roasted cumin powder (it is optional you can skip it) and mix well.
5. Place potatoes on a baking dish and grill them for 15-20 minutes. You may also use a griller or pan. Just cook the potatoes on low flame for 10-12 minutes.
6. For the charcoal affect, rotate on low gas flame, till it becomes light golden brown.
