Smooth and creamy milkshake oozing with the flavor of chocolate is a chocolate milkshake. It is totally chocolaty, an absolute treat for the chocolate lovers. This recipe doesn’t call for any ice cream or special ingredients. It is super simple and quick to make and can be improvised for adding whipped cream/a scoop of ice cream.
Milk: Full fat milk does the maximum justice to every milkshake recipe and is indispensable for milkshake recipes without ice cream. What is important is that chilled milk should be used otherwise add in ice cubes to chill the milkshake.
Cocoa Powder: The chocolate flavor that I had been praising in the first paragraph has been achieved using cocoa powder. It is very important to use good quality cocoa powder. The milkshake will be as good as your cocoa powder.
Sweetener: Simple syrup is one thing I totally recommend for the milkshake recipes. It not only makes better milkshakes but also makes them conveniently and quickly.

1.This recipe serves 2 persons.
2.Mix 2 tbsp of cocoa powder in 6 tbsp of warm syrup.
Tips:Or mix 2 tbsp cocoa powder with 4 tbsp sugar in ¼ cup warm water.
3.In a blender add in 2 cups of chilled milk and prepared cocoa syrup. Add 5-6 ice cubes if required.
4.Blend it well.
5.Garnish with chocolate sprinkles. Serve chilled. Bon appétit!
