1.This recipe serves 4 persons.
2.Heat enough water in a deep pan.
3.Add in salt to taste.
4.Next add in ¼ tsp of turmeric powder. Let it simmer.
5.Add in the cauliflower head.
6.Cover and let it simmer for 3-4 minutes.
7.Flip.
8.Again cover and let it simmer for another 3-4 minutes.
9.Take it out.
10.Flip the cauliflower and place it in a baking dish. Pour little gravy.
