Pav stuffed with lip-smacking potato mixture, dipped in gram flour batter and deep fried to make one of its kinds of pakoda! The potato stuffing is flavored with pav bhaji masala. A hint of tomato ketchup balances all the flavors and make pav pakoda recipe a “must try recipe”. I once made pav pakoda by stuffing the leftover bhaji in the leftover pav; they were a major hit at my place. Thereafter I developed this recipe and even this continues to be a hit.
As I mentioned, initially I made this pakoda was with some leftover bhaji. Therefore to make the stuffing for pav pakoda I made a stuffing which was close to bhaji but was quick and simple to make. So I used the pav bhaji masala. For the veggies, I used onions and capsicum. I have not used any tomatoes; instead, I have used tomato ketchup to fasten the process of making the stuffing.
Another interesting recipe using pav is the pav sandwich recipe. It is very simple yet flavorful. Find the recipe here. You might also like pav bhaji recipe. Lip smacking pav bhaji recipe is here.
