It is the Month of January here in Jaipur. And Jaipur is cold during these days. My husband gets a big big batch of strawberries. I thought of making some compote for my pannacotta. Kids enjoyed the process of hulling the berries. I loved the smell of simmering strawberries. Once the compote was ready we were all too keen to use it. And none had the patience for the pannacotta to set. So we ended up making whipping some strawberries milkshake. I can never forget the first sip of it. There was a burst of flavor of strawberries in my mouth. It was so freshening. This strawberry milkshake recipe is sure to be loved by one and all and the best part is that the compote that you make can stay good for a week in the refrigerator and can be frozen for up to a month.
