Green Chutney Recipe for Chaat is chutney (dip) made of coriander, green chillies, lemon juice, garlic, onions etc. It is spicy and tangy and the hint of garlic takes it to an absolutely different level. Green chutney for chaat goes very well is indispensable for most of the Indian snacks be it vada pav or ragda pattice.
Green chutney for chaat calls for some coriander and many other fresh ingredients such as garlic, onion, green chillies, lemon etc. The quantity given in the recipe gives tangy and spicy chutney, however you may increase or decrease the quantities of ingredients as per your choice or heat of green chillies. I like to use black salt for my chutney recipes, because I prefer black salt in the recipes which do not cook the salt and black salt also adds a good tang to the chutney.
1. Put all ingredients in grinder jar and grind : In a grinder jar add all the ingredients except water. Gradually add water as much required. Grind to make smooth paste.
