Fruit Cream Recipe is a dessert that uses heavy cream and lots of fruits and some nuts. The addition of fruits makes really attractive and colorful. The best part that it gives a choice of fruits to be added. You can add fruits as per your choice and availability.
As the name suggests, fruit cream requires cream and fruits. I have used heavy cream i.e. Amul fresh cream for this recipe. As regards the fruits are concerned I have used mangoes, apples, and pomegranate. To add sweetness I have used condensed milk instead of powdered sugar. Condensed milk gives sweetness as well as a wonderful texture to fruit cream. I have also added some chopped almonds and pistachio; just like fruits, you may add nuts of your choice. For flavoring I have added cardamom, you may add saffron or rose essence, or pineapple essence as per your choice.

PREP TIME 30 minutes + chilling time 2 hours
COOK TIME Nil
TOTAL TIME 2 hours + 30 minutes
Take two cups of heavy cream in a mixing bowl keep it in the freezer for 15 to 20 minutes likewise keep the blades of the electric beater in the freezer for 15 to 20 minutes. Once the cream and blades have chilled, start beating the cream. Initially bear it at a low speed for 1 minute thereafter at maximum speed for 5 to 6 minutes. I have beaten the cream till it got thick and voluminous. You can beat it further for 3 to 4 minutes to reach the soft peak stage. If you are making the cream in a very hot climate keep the bowl of cream in a larger bowl filled with some ice cubes. This will prevent the buttering of cream
After beating the cream add in ¼ cup of condensed milk, beat for 30 seconds to mix the cream and condensed milk.
And seeds of 4 cardamom pods which have been coarsely crushed, ¼ cup chopped mangoes, ¼ cup chopped apple, 2 tbsp chopped pomegranate seeds. Come on I am kidding!! You don’t need to chop pomegranate seeds. Add handful of chopped almonds and chopped pistachios. Remember to keep aside some for final garnishing.
Chill fruit cream for a couple of hours in the refrigerator. Garnish with some chopped nuts and celebrate!!
