Sabudana Tikki Recipe
Recipe using sabudana: Make sure to use good quality of sabudana. Apart from that, it is very important to soak the sabudana properly.

1. Prepare mixture for Sabudana Tikki : In a mixing bowl, add 1 cup sabudana, well soaked and soft. To this add 3 boiled and mashed potatoes, coarse powder of ½ cup roasted peanuts, 2 chopped green chilies, a handful of chopped coriander, ½ tsp black pepper powder, rock salt to taste and a handful of raisins. Mix everything well.
2. Shape tikki : Divide the mixture into portions as per the desired size. Shape them into balls. Flatten the balls.
3. Fry tikki : Heat 1-2 tsp oil on a pan. Place sabudana tikki on it. Let it cook on a low flame till golden brown from one side. Flip and cook till it turns golden brown from the other side too.
4. Bon appétit : Serve sabudana tikki during fasts with coconut chutney for fasts.
