Butter: Make sure the butter is at room temperature. However, if the butter is cold and frozen, just microwave it for 10 seconds on fifty percent of microwave power as we do not have to melt the butter. Repeat till you get the correct consistency.
Sugar: A combination of white and brown sugar is used for this recipe. I have used light brown sugar. If the sugar has large granules, make sure to pulse it.
Flour: All-purpose flour works for this recipe.
Buttermilk & Baking Soda: In order to replace egg, a combination of buttermilk and baking soda has been used.
Essence, Choco Chips: Indispensable for these cookies are chocolate chips. Further, the cookies have been flavored with vanilla essence.
