Banana Milkshake Recipe is a smooth and silky shake with the fruity kick of banana and its goodness. A pinch of cinnamon adds to the taste. Banana shake is a very healthy beverage. It is a great beverage for the kids as well as the young.
Banana Milkshake calls for bananas and milk. Make sure to use ripe bananas. They will not only make better Milkshake but are also easier to digest. Use chilled milk. I don’t like adding ice to my milkshakes, as ice makes them thin. Instead, I like to chill milk before use. I have used 1 banana per glass of milkshake. You can add up to 2 if you like a thick shake. I have added cinnamon powder and cardamom powder, a hint of cinnamon and cardamom works great for Banana Milkshake.
Update: Recently I learned the milk should not be combined with fruits, except mango. Therefore it is advisable to use non-dairy milk for fruit-based milkshakes including a banana milkshake.
