Dora Cake Recipe: Ingredients required

All-purpose flour: Maida is required to make dora cake. All-purpose flour gives absolutely light, so soft and spongy dora cakes. You can make these pancakes using whole wheat flour, the texture would differ.

Condensed milk, heavy cream, water: These are the liquid ingredients required to make dora cake.

Baking powder and powdered sugar: Baking powder is the leavening agent used. Powdered sugar has been used to add sweetness to the dora cakes.

2.In a mixing bowl add 1 tbsp melted butter.

3.Next, add in 2 tbsp heavy cream.

4.Followed by 2 tbsp of condensed milk.

5.Add ¼ cup powdered sugar.

6.Mix till lump free.

7.Whisk the mixture for 4-5 minutes.

9.Next, add in ½ cup all purpose flour (maida).

14.Heat a non-stick pan. Wipe the pan with a moist paper towel.

15.Pour 1 & ½ tbsp or 2 tbsp of batter.

16.Cover the pan with lid.

17.After a couple of minute, bubbles appear on the top.

18.Flip the dora cakes.

19.Cover and cook.

20.Cook till the other side gets brown.

21.Let the pancakes cool down. Put a layer of spread of your choice on one of the pancakes. Cover with another pancake.
