Nutella, all-purpose flour (maida) and yogurt are required to make these Valentine’s Day special rosette cookies. It is important that yogurt should be at room temperature. Apart from these no other ingredients are used. No baking soda or baking powder is needed.

How To Make Valentine’s Day special cookies (Method 1)

1. In a mixing bowl add 1 cup Nutella, 1 cup all-purpose flour (maida) and ¼ cup yogurt (dahi).

2. Mix and form dough.

3. Roll approximately ½ inch thick.

4. Cut into cookies using a cookie cutter of your choice.

5. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180 degrees C for 8-10 minutes.

How To Make Valentine’s Day special cookies (Method 2)

1. In a mixing bowl add 1 cup Nutella, 1 cup all-purpose flour (maida) and ¼ cup yogurt (dahi).

2. Add 1-2 tbsp milk.

3. Get correct consistency, that is flowing but thick.

4. Pipe rosette cookies.

5. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180 degrees C for 8-10 minutes.
