During summers, the choice of vegetables shrinks, especially as compared to the green winters.  Lauki, fine lauki is available in abundance. I know that’s not very good news, as not many are fond of lauki. But you don’t need to make a boring lauki ki sabzi every time. There are many more palatable ways to include lauki in the diet. But why do we need to do that?
